Please refer to your warranty card or warranty statement. If you believe your product might be under warranty please call Vision Technology Customer Support. Please have your serial number and original invoice ready.
What if my Dealer or Eye Care Professional goes out of business?
If your Dealer, Eye Care Professional or Eye Care Specialist goes out of business your Vision Technology Manufacture warranty is still valid, you can do a dealer look up on our website or contact Vision Technology.
If I move am I required to have a Dealer install the unit in my new residence?
If service is provided by an unauthorized dealer your warranty could be jeopardized, if damage occurs during installation your warranty could be void. For more information please contact your dealer or Vision Technology.
Can I register my warranty Online?
To validate your products warranty and be registered for warranty coverage you must complete the warranty registration form in the owners manual and mail it to Vision Technology within 30 calendar days of receipt of your product.
