Shipping Methods and Costs
Tracking and Changing Orders
- The Vision Technology Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. (U.S. only). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Vision Technology Online Store.
- The Vision Technology Online Store sells and ships items only within the continental United States. No shipment can be made to PO box addresses. If you are shopping outside the United States please locate one of our international dealers
Signature on Delivery
- Our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. Anyone over the age of eighteen at the designated shipping address can sign for the package. Please note that the carrier makes three delivery attempts before they return your package.

It's easy to check the status of your order or change your order! Just call Vision Technology Customer Service at . However, orders cannot be changed after they have been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund.

Return Time - You have up to 15 calendar days from the time you receive your Vision Technology product(s) to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are paid by you.
Repacking - All returns must be repacked with all the original packaging and/ or accessories.
Confirm your Return - Contact Vision Technology Customer Service at to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. This number is to be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
Insure your Package - All returns should be sent prepaid and insured.

Vision Technology will send a confirmation of your order via email. If you have not included an email address, you will revceive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Vision Technology receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your product. However, your card will only be charged after your order has shipped.
Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order
To pay for your purchase with a personal check, cashier's check or money order:
1. Fill your shopping cart with products you want to purchase, and print out that page.
2. Write your credit card numbers on the page or enclose your personal check, cashier's check or money order payable to Vision Technology.
3. Confirm that your personal check, cashiers check or money order is for the full amount of the order.
